RÉSUMÉ:

I am a historian of International Relations with a research-oriented transatlantic career. My main area of expertise is the history of US foreign relations after 1939. I have given lectures, seminar papers and published on U.S. propaganda and public diplomacy in Franco's Spain, as well as on the trade conflict between the Motion Picture Association of America and the Spanish Government.

Currently, I lead a research project on Defense Diplomacy and Military Technology Transfer in Cold War Spain funded by the CUD. Also, I am cowriting a history of American Propaganda and PD in Franco's Spain. Likewise, I am expanding my work on American PD by paying attention to its intersection with Spanish cultural trade to Latin America in the 1960s.
At CUD, I lecture on the international History of the World after 1914, as well as an introductory course to International Relations.
